Marriage is precious to the heart of God. God determined, defined, and designed marriage as the very first and foundational relationship between people. God ultimately joins husband and wife together as one in holy matrimony. Marriage foreshadows God's greater purpose to join His Son Jesus with a redeemed bride, His Church, forever in glory. As such, marriage is a holy covenant commitment that is not to be entered into lightly but prayerfully, intentionally, and joyfully.

Marriage is a wonderful gift from God and a beautiful blessing that brings people together while beginning a whole new family. "Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh" and "What God has joined together, let no man separate."
